Training Activity Updates
A Breezy Evening and a Great Game
The temperature was a comfortable 24°C—perfect for outdoor activity. Although it was a little windy, the breeze kept the mosquitoes away and helped everyone enjoy the evening. A total of 25 children attended, and four coaches led them through warm-ups, passing drills, and two-on-two scrimmages.
The session ended with an exciting full match: all four coaches played against all the children. Both sides ran, passed, and worked together with tremendous energy, finishing in a 3–3 draw. The field was filled with laughter, teamwork, and another wonderful evening of soccer!
A special thank you to Sheryl, Yuzhu, and Jiang for providing ice cream, chips, and Freezies for everyone!
Sunshine, Soccer, and Smiles All Around
A total of 24 children joined us for the third day of soccer activities. After warming up, the players divided into four groups for passing and one-on-one drills led by the coaches. They then formed two groups for small-sided matches under the coaches' guidance. Everyone ran, learned, and enjoyed a lively evening filled with energy and laughter.
The weather was beautiful. Away from video games, the soccer field became a wonderful playground for everyone. The kids were happy, the parents were happy, and the coaches were happy—we all had a fantastic and memorable day. What a day!
A special thank you to 小妮子 (custom and retail cycling apparel), Ryan, and 小白 for providing ice cream for everyone!
A Fun Start in the Sunshine
We had beautiful weather for our first soccer activity, with 16 children joining us on the field. Guided by the coaches, the children completed warm-ups, a basic skill assessment, and fun drills before playing games and small-sided matches. Everyone ran, learned, and laughed their way through a lively evening. At the end of the activity, the children cooled down together with refreshing popsicles, making for a perfect finish to a wonderful first day.
As the program continues, we will add more photos and highlights from each training day here.
