- Introduction to the current OCLS Board of Directors and establishment of quorum
- Adoption of Minutes from the previous AGM
- Appoint accountant for the OCLS
- Appoint an auditor or person to conduct a review of engagement of the corporation, or pass an extraordinary resolution
- Presentation of financial statements for year ending July 31, 2024
- Update on the status of OCLS
- Modify the number of directors
- Elect directors of the Board for the upcoming year
- Any changes to by-laws in alignment with Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporation Act (ONCA)
- New business
- Adjournment
