Dear parents, teachers and staff:
New school year is approaching and children are soon starting a new school term.
Firstly, the Ottawa Chinese Language School (OCLS) Board of Directors (BOD) would like to welcome Ms. Terry Tong for joining the OCLS family and on becoming our new OCLS Principal!
Ms. Terry Tong has over 20 years of educational Saturday Chinese school experience, as a teacher and a site administrator under the Catholic School Board. In the coming year, she will be committed to optimize the curriculum for OCLS, and leading a high performance and caring teaching team to increase students’ interest in learning the Chinese language and the Chinese tradition & culture.
Finally, on behalf of the OCLS Board of Directors, I would like to thank the parents for their long-term trust and support. We are confident that Principal Tong will lead the OCLS team to deliver up-to-date and innovative teaching in pursue of excellence in quality education.
