NOTICE OF OCLS PARENT COMMITTEE 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) May 1, 2021
The Ottawa Chinese Language School (OCLS) Parent Committee gives notice that OCLS’s 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online at 1:30 pm on Saturday, May 15, 2021. For your reference, the minutes of last year’s AGM have been attached.
Each parent or guardian of a child registered in the OCLS is a regular member of the OCLS and is eligible to vote at the AGM and eligible to be a member of the Parent Committee. All members are invited to attend the 2021 AGM. Your vote is important to the future direction of the OCLS.
The agenda for the meeting will include:
- The Principal’s report and OCLS financial report
- New Business
The OCLS strives to offer a positive learning experience and promote Chinese culture for our students. We need people to join the Parent Committee to help support the administrative business of the OCLS and to help out with activities that benefit students and their educational experience.
